So you've created your New Year's resolutions and in 28 days you'll forget them. It's not that you've failed, it just doesnt fit with your body yet. Take your time. Take a moment. But if nothing else, don't forget to breathe.

So many of us think that breathing is supposed to be this slow, solemn, melancholic thing. But part of being human is change, and with that comes the change in our breath. And so, when I was creating this playlist, it was imperative to have a wide range of BPM that was as expansive as our heart rates. Feel what you need to feel, but if you surrender to anything, let it be your breath.
